I started designing this because E-Commerce can be somewhat complex and I wanted to offer customers a different alternative to what is already out there on the world wide web.
The one thing i found was that whenever you purchased a theme they never turned out to be what they looked like in the picture and in most cases, although promoted as dynamic, they certainly were not and a lot of css, php and coding was needed to get what I wanted. The second issue was some themes put hundreds of back links into their scripts which damages SEO.
All google sees is a text representation of your site and follows any link that has not been given a no follow no index classification which within a theme is difficult to say the least.
The next problem is finding solution’s within plugins to create the desired effect for customers.
Plugins tend to put links onto the sites index page and google will follow them. its like asking google to visit your site then sending them off elsewhere to follow a link put by a plugin. Another problem is that plugins interact with other plugins and it is not until you go to a page or action a request do you find a problem, then it is literally a case of deactivating plugins to find those that cause issues.
To cut a long story short this site uses plugins that don’t create masses of links back to them and plugins that are issue free, although I have had to re do the css and alter the PHP in some cases to make the plugins work correctly with my themes.
In short there is over 1000 hours work in what you see and in what you can accomplish with your own your email@example.com Shop.
I have created everything you need to run a successful shop or catalogue and as taken from the front page it does a host of things to aid you in promoting your goods and services in an effective and efficient manner to the WWW.
